Custom SQL Express Installation Support for German Windows

InfoGenesis POS has been enhanced to support custom SQL Express installation for interface server environments running on a German Windows operating system.

During App Central installation, the system admin account is now populated based on the Windows operating system configuration instead of defaulting to BUILTIN\ADMINISTRATOR. This prevents SQL Express installation failures when the administrator account or group name differs from the English Windows configuration.

The following enhancements have been made:

• The System Admin Account is automatically populated based on the operating system configuration.

• Administrator accounts can be added or modified during AppCentral installation.

• Multiple administrator accounts can be specified using the pipe (|) separator.

Changing the display or regional language of an English Windows installation to German does not provide the same configuration as a native German Windows installation.
