Integration with UrbanPiper

InfoGenesis POS has been enhanced to integrate with UrbanPiper, a middleware platform that connects POS systems to multiple online food delivery aggregators, such as DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats. Instead of integrating separately with each aggregator, InfoGenesis communicates directly with UrbanPiper, which in turn manages all aggregator-specific interactions.

Therefore, this integration provides properties with a single point of control for managing online delivery operations, including store setup, menu publishing, store or item availability management, and online order processing across all supported aggregators.

The following functionality are supported in this integration:

• Stores

  • Add or update stores - Add or update stores in UrbanPiper through InfoGenesis.

  • Store toggle - Manage store availability in real time.

• Menu

  • Add or update menu - Add or update menu in UrbanPiper through InfoGenesis.

  • Menu toggle (items and modifiers) - Manage item and modifiers availability in real time.

  • Category timing groups (daypart schedule) - Send schedules to UrbanPiper to associate them with the categories in the menu.

• Order Management

  • Order relay - Relay orders placed in aggregators to InfoGenesis.

  • Order status update - Send order status updates to UrbanPiper.

This integration is supported for SaaS customers only. Customers must procure the POSAPI license to enable this integration. The supported functionality is certified through the UrbanPiper Atlas portal. Validations with delivery aggregators are not included.
