Track Order Status
Guests can track their order status after placing orders on the Order Confirmation and I am Here screens. A progress bar displays the various stages of the order along with the status. The order status is displayed for all the fulfillment types. This feature is applicable only to the To Go profile.
To display the order status in the Order Confirmation screen, the Enable Track Order Status checkbox in the Additional Configuration section (Kiosk/OnDemand Configuration ā Administration ā Site Entities ā Additional Settings) must be enabled. To display the order status in the I am Here screen, the Enable Iām here checkbox in the same section must also be enabled.
The following are the supported status indicators to track the order status:

Order scheduled into Scheduled Tab - when an order is scheduled in the Kitchen.

Order moved into Queue - when an order is queued in the Kitchen.

Order accepted - when an order is accepted in the Kitchen.

Order is being prepared - when an order preparation is in progress.

Order bumped - when an order is closed in the Kitchen.

Order reopened - when an order is reopened in the Kitchen.

Order delivered - when the delivery is fulfilled, and the Delivered button is hit in the Kitchen.

Food locker order picked up - when an order is picked up from the food locker and the Delivered button is hit in the Kitchen.

Order picked up - when an order is picked up by the guest and the Delivered button is hit in the Kitchen.
Additional status indicators when the I am Here! feature is enabled include:

Order purged due to I am Here time crossed late tolerance - when order is purged in the kitchen.

Order sent to Kitchen - when the guest hits the I am Here! button the order is sent to the kitchen.
