Tag Guest Details for Successful Member Discounts or Inquiries

IG OnDemand has been enhanced to tag guest details, such as encrypted account details and name, for successful member discounts or inquiries. These details are tagged to the appropriate payment method in the Payment screen.

The following are the payment methods or discount types which support tagging guest details:

• Member Charge or Member Discounts (Agilysys Loyalty & Promotions)

• Wristband (Agilysys Loyalty & Promotions)

• Loyalty Discounts (Agilysys Loyalty & Promotions)

• RTP Member Discounts

• RPOS Employee or Guest Discounts
