This section provides information on the new feature introduced as a part of IG OnDemand 12.3.12.11 release.

Display I am here for Dine In orders

IG OnDemand has been enhanced to support the I am here functionality for dine-in orders. Previously, I am here was supported only for Scheduled and ASAP Pickup order types.

This feature is applicable only to the To Go profile in which the Pick-Up logistics is supported.

Changes Made in IGCM

To support this, a new checkbox, I am here for Dine-In Order has been added in the Additional Configuration section under the Additional Settings submenu (Kiosk/OnDemand Configuration ➜ Administration ➜ Site Entities).

• When enabled, the I am here functionality is supported for dine-in orders. It uses the same logic of Guest Fired Orders, which is available in the pick-up logistics type (Kiosk/OnDemand Configuration ➜ Administration ➜ Site Entities ➜ Logistics ➜ Pick Up). Therefore, the Time interval early tolerance and Time interval late tolerance fields are updated to 750 minutes in the Schedule Orders section. Scheduled Orders checkbox is displayed only when the Guest Fired Orders checkbox is enabled.

• When disabled, the I am here functionality is not supported for dine-in orders. The Time interval early tolerance and Time interval late tolerance fields remain at 250 minutes This checkbox is disabled by default.

Configurations in IGCM

Navigate to Kiosk/OnDemand Configuration ➜ Administration ➜ Site Entities.

Select the appropriate record from the screen and select Edit to modify it.

Navigate to the Additional Configuration submenu.

Refer to the following table and fill in the fields:

Field	Description
Enable track order status	This check box must be enabled to display the order status for orders.
Enable I'm here	When enabled, the I am here functionality is supported. The I am Here! button is displayed for guests in the Order Status screen to place orders to the kitchen.
I am here for Dine In order	When enabled, the I am here functionality is supported for dine-in orders.
Display I am here button in order confirmation and for recent orders	When enabled, the I am here button is displayed on both Order Confirmation screen and Full Details prompt in the Recent Orders screen.

Select Save.
