This section provides information on the new feature introduced as a part of IG OnDemand 12.3.10.14 release.

IG OnDemand has been enhanced to unmask account details in the Account Inquiry screen, allowing guests to view the information as they enter it.

To support this, a new checkbox, Unmask Tender Info for OnDemand, has been added to the Other Configurations submenu in the Tender Group menu.

When enabled, account number, card number, room number, and account name entered in the Account Inquiry screen will be unmasked.
When disabled, account details entered in the Account Inquiry screen will be masked. Guests must select the Unmask icon adjacent to the inquiry fields to view the entered information. This is the existing scenario, and the checkbox is disabled by default.
