Login Authentication
Enable login settings	Enabled - Supports various social logins. Guests must login to the OnDemand application to place orders. Disabled - Social logins are not supported. Guests need not login to place orders. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Login
Facebook	Enabled - Supports Facebook login. Guests can use their Facebook account to sign-in. Disabled - Facebook login is not supported. By default, this checkbox is disabled.
User Flow	Read-only field displaying the user flow.
Button Text	Enter the preferred button text to be displayed for Facebook login. Default - FaceBook
Button Color	Use the color picker to select the preferred color for the Facebook login button.
Google	Enabled - Supports Google login. Guests can use their Google account to sign-in. Disabled - Google login is not supported. This checkbox is disabled by default.
User Flow	Read-only field displaying the user flow.
Button Text	Enter the preferred button text to be displayed for Google login. Default - Google
Button Color	Use the color picker to select the preferred color for the Google login button.
Agilysys login	Enabled - Supports Agilysys login. Disabled - Agilysys login is not supported. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Restricted Domains	Enter the preferred domain names to be restricted in the Restricted domains field. For e.g., gmail.com, yahoo.com etc., Alternatively, the domains can be entered by selecting the Add Domain Address option.
Sign Up Modal
Header Text	Enter the header text to be displayed in the Sign Up prompt. Default: Sign Up Character Limit: 55
Instruction Text	Enter the instruction text to be displayed in the Sign Up prompt. Default: Sign up to Check orders, view receipts, and save your info for faster checkouts Character Limit: 255
Terms and Conditions Instruction Text	Enter the instruction text to be displayed for terms and conditions in the Sign Up prompt. Character Limit: 255

Terms and Conditions Link URL	Enter the URL where the terms and conditions are published.
Privacy Statement Instruction Text	Enter the instruction text to be displayed for privacy policy in the Sign Up prompt. Character Limit: 255
Privacy Statement Link Text	Enter the anchor text to be displayed for privacy policy in the Sign Up prompt. Default: Privacy Statement
Privacy Statement Link URL	Enter the URL where the privacy policy is published.
Sign In Modal
Header Text	Enter the header text to be displayed in the Sign In prompt. Default: Sign In Character Limit: 20
Instruction Text	Enter the instruction text to be displayed in the Sign In prompt. Default: Enter your username and password Character Limit: 255
Activate User Division
Link Verification	Enabled - Account verification is performed using an activation link sent in the email during guest sign-up. This is the existing scenario, and this checkbox is enabled by default. Disabled - Account verification is not performed using an activation link during guest sign-up. Note - This checkbox must be enabled when OTP Verification checkbox is disabled.
From Address	Enter the email address from which the account activation mail must be sent to guests. Default: noreply@hospitality.com Character Limit: 90
Email Subject	Enter the subject for the account activation email. Default: Activate User Character Limit: 90
Email Link Text	Enter the anchor text. Default: Link

OTP Verification	Enabled - Account verification is performed using OTP sent in the email during guest sign-up. Disabled - Account verification is not performed using OTP during guest sign-up. This checkbox is disabled by default. Note - This checkbox must be enabled when Link Verification checkbox is disabled.
From Address	Enter the address of the sender.
Email Subject	Enter the email subject.
Email Body	Enter the custom email content. Users must include the placeholder,{0}, which is replaced by the OTP. If not delivered, the OTP will not be displayed in the email. Sample Body: Your OTP for Sign up is {0}.
OTP Expiration Time (Seconds)	Enter the validity duration of the OTP. Range: 30 sec to 5 min.
Security Lock Duration	Enter the lock duration for which the session must be locked after the OTP attempt limit of 5 is exceeded. Range: 5 min to 60 min
Forgot Password
From Address	Enter the email address from which the password recovery mail must be sent to guests. Default: noreply@hospitality.com Character Limit: 90
Email Subject	Enter the subject for the password recovery email. Default: Password Recovery Character Limit: 90
Email Link Text	Enter the anchor text. Default: Link
Email Body	Enter the body for the password recovery email. Character Limit: 255 Default: For Password Recovery Click the {0} Note - {0} is replaced by the link text.
LinkedIn	Enabled - Supports LinkedIn login. Guests can use their LinkedIn account to sign-in. Disabled - LinkedIn login is not supported. This checkbox is disabled by default.
User Flow	Read-only field displaying the user flow.
Button Text	Enter the preferred button text to be displayed for LinkedIn login. Default - LinkedIn
Button Color	Use the color picker to select the preferred color for the Linkedin login button.
External login	Enabled - External login that allows guests to log in to OnDemand directly from the property's website is supported. Disabled - External login that allows guests to log in to OnDemand directly from the property's website is not supported. This checkbox is disabled by default. Note: When this mode of login is enabled at the property, the other SSO login methods cannot be used.
Shared Secret	Enter the shared secret (or nonce/secret key) as obtained from the property. This value must be entered to enable the external login method.
IAS Url	Enter the URL in the following format in the IAS URL field to communicate with IGP: http://x.x.x.x:yyyy/platform/ltf Replace xxxx with the IP address of the application server where IAS is running. Replace yyyy with the port number.
SSO Login	Enabled - SSO flow based on the property’s preferred identity provider (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) is supported. Disabled - SSO flow based on the property's preferred identity provider is not supported. This checkbox is disabled by default. Note - This checkbox is disabled when the External Login checkbox is enabled.
User Flow	Read-only field displaying the user flow.
Button Text	Enter the button text to be displayed for SSO login. Default: SSO
Button Color	Use the color picker to select the preferred color for the SSO login button.
Perform engage auto inquiry on checkout	Enabled - When enabled, the promotion inquiry is performed automatically and eligible promotions are displayed during checkout. Disabled - Guests must manually enter the member details in the Promotion lookup section to perform the inquiry. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Perform Engage Member Lookup if Available	Enabled - When guests log on through external SSO, OnDemand gets the member card number from Agilysys Membership and automatically tags it to the member loyalty payment method if the guest holds a membership account with the property. Guests need not enter their card number manually to the complete member inquiry. Disabled - The member card number is not tagged to the member loyalty payment method. Guests must enter their card number manually to complete the member inquiry. This checkbox is disabled by default. Note: This checkbox is displayed only when the External Login checkbox is enabled.
Engage Member Lookup With Xref	Enabled - the XReference number sent by the property as a part of the external login to IG OnDemand is used to retrieve the member account details for performing the account inquiry. Disabled - the XReference number is not used for member account inquiry. This checkbox is disabled. Note: The External Login checkbox must be enabled to display this checkbox. Users can enable either the Engage Member Lookup With Xref checkbox or the Perform Engage Member Lookup if Available checkbox at a time.
Membership Provider UUID	Contact Agilysys to get this UUID. Note: This checkbox is displayed only when the Perform Engage Member Lookup if Available checkbox is enabled.
Membership Provider Code	Enter Engage as the membership code. Note: This checkbox is displayed only when the Perform Engage Member Lookup if Available checkbox is enabled.
Save Guest Preference	Enabled - Guests can retain their tag preferences. Additionally, the Save My Preferences checkbox is displayed in the Filters prompt in OnDemand. Disabled - Guests cannot retain their tag preferences. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Recent Order and Favorites
View Recent Orders	Enabled - Guests can view their previous orders up to configured number of days when logged on to OnDemand. Disabled - Guests cannot view their previous orders. By default, this checkbox is disabled.
Persists Order History for (Days)	Enter the number of days up to which guests can view their order history. Note: This field is enabled only when the View Recent Orders checkbox is selected.
Favorite Order	Enabled - Order favorites feature is supported. This allows guests to mark previous orders as their favorite orders. Disabled - Order favorites feature is not supported. Guests cannot mark previous orders as their favorite orders. This checkbox is disabled by default. Note: This checkbox is enabled only when the View Recent Order checkbox is selected.
Profit Center Display Text	Enter the name for the profit center that displays recent orders and favorites. Default: Recent Orders and Favorites Note: This checkbox is enabled only when the View Recent Order checkbox is selected.
Recent Order Display Text	Enter the name of the section that displays recent orders. Default: Recent Orders Note: This checkbox is enabled only when the View Recent Order checkbox is selected.
Enable Item Favorites	Enabled - Item favorites feature is supported. This allows guests to mark items in the Menu screen as their favorite items. Disabled - Item favorites feature is not supported. Guests cannot mark items in the Menu screen as their favorite items. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Favorite Display Text	Enter the name of the section that displays favorite items. Default: Favorites Note: This field is enabled only when the Enable Item Favorites checkbox is selected.
Hide Price	Enabled - The item or package price is not displayed in the Favorites section. Disabled - The item or package price is displayed in the Favorites section. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Image Picker	Select Edit Image to upload an image for the Recent Order and Favorite profit center.
Stored Payments
Credit Card	Enabled - Guests can save their credit card details for a faster checkout. The saved account details are autofilled for subsequent orders. Disabled - Guests cannot save their credit card details. The details must be entered manually for subsequent orders. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Max Stored Accounts	Enter the maximum number of accounts that guests can store for a faster checkout. Default: 5 Maximum: 20
Generic Authorization	Enabled - Users can save their GA account details for a faster checkout. The saved account details are autofilled for subsequent orders. Disabled - Users cannot save their GA account details. The details must be entered manually for subsequent orders. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Provider UUID	The property must obtain this from the GA service provider.
Provider Code	Enter GA as the provider code.
Max Stored Accounts	Enter the maximum number of accounts that users can store for a faster checkout. Default: 5 Maximum: 20
RTP/Member Accounts	Enabled - Guests can save their RTP account details for a faster checkout. The saved account details are autofilled for subsequent orders. Disabled - Guests cannot save their RTP account details. The details must be entered manually for subsequent orders. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Provider UUID	The property must obtain this from the service provider.
Provider Code	Enter RTP as the provider code.
Max Stored Accounts	Enter the maximum number of accounts that guests can store for a faster checkout. Default: 5 Maximum: 20
Engage Loyalty	Enabled - Users can save their Agilysys Loyalty & Promotions/eCash account details for a faster checkout. The saved account details are listed in the Account Inquiry prompt for subsequent orders. Disabled - Users cannot save their Agilysys Loyalty & Promotions/eCash account details. The details must be entered manually for every order. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Loyalty Provider UUID	The property must contact Agilysys to get the UUID.
Loyalty Provider Code	Enter Engage_Loyalty as the provider code.
Loaylty Max Amounts	Enter the maximum number of accounts that users can store for a faster checkout. Default: 5 Maximum: 20
User Idle Limit Timer
Session Timeout (mm:ss)	Enter the duration for the session timeout. Default: 4 mins
Idle warning time	Enter the duration for the idle warning. Default: 1 min
Order scheduling time interval (min)	Select the appropriate time interval for scheduled orders from this drop-down list. Based on this setting, OnDemand displays the time slots. It has the following options: 5 10 15 20 30 60 Example: When 15 is selected, the time slots for the schedule order appear with 15-minutes interval.
Font Style
Font style	Configure custom font style for the site. Select Change to choose the preferred font saved in the desktop.
Logistics Filter Display Text
Dine In	Enter the logistics filter display text for dine-in. Default: DINEIN
Delivery	Enter the logistics filter display text for delivery. Default: DELIVERY
Pickup	Enter the logistics filter display text for pick-up. Default: PICKUP
Apex	Enter the logistics filter display text for apex. Default: APEX
Scheduled Order Timeslot Configuration
Time slot reservation	Enabled - Users can configure the time up to which a slot must be available for guests based on the kitchen capacity. Disabled - Users cannot configure the time to freeze the slot. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Time Limit	Enter the time in minutes. When the capacity is full, the slot gets released for subsequent guests only after this configured time.
Enhanced ondemand slot handling	Enabled - Displays only available time slots in the AT drop‑down list in the Your Order prompt for the selected fulfilment type. Users can either hide or disable time slots for which the maximum capacity is reached. When enabled, the following checkboxes are displayed, and only one of them can be enabled at a time: Hide slots in landing page if full Disable slots in landing page if full Disabled - Displays all time slots in the AT drop‑down list in the Your Order prompt for the selected fulfilment type. The selected slot availability is validated only during checkout. This is the existing scenario, and this checkbox is disabled by default. Note - The Time slot reservation checkbox must be disabled to enable this checkbox.
Hide slots in landing page if full	Enabled - Hides time slots that have reached maximum capacity in the AT drop-down list in the Your Order prompt. This checkbox is enabled by default. Disabled - If this checkbox is disabled, the Disable slots in landing page if full checkbox must be enabled, which displays time slots that have reached maximum capacity in a disabled state in the AT drop-down list in the Your Order prompt. Note - This checkbox is displayed only when Enhanced ondemand slot handling checkbox is enabled.
Disable slots in landing page if full	Enabled - Displays time slots that have reached maximum capacity in a disabled state in the AT drop-down list in the Your Order prompt. Disabled - If this checkbox is disabled, the Hide slots in landing page if full checkbox must be enabled, which hides time slots that have reached maximum capacity in the AT drop-down list in the Your Order prompt. Note - This checkbox is displayed only when Enhanced ondemand slot handling checkbox is enabled.
External Integration
Microsoft Teams	Enabled - Orders can be placed through Microsoft Teams. Disabled - Orders cannot be placed through Microsoft Teams. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Azure Bot ID	This field is displayed only when the Microsoft Teams checkbox is enabled.
MyHub	This checkbox is applicable only to MyHub Integration. Not supported for IG OnDemand.
Google Analytics Configuration
Analytics	Enabled - Google Tag Manager is supported for the site. Disabled - Google Tag Manager is not supported for the site.
GTag manager ID	Enter the GTM ID. This field is enabled only when the Analytics checkbox is selected.
Code Validation (This section is displayed only for the Full Service profile type)
Code validation for order continuation	Enabled - Guests are verified using an order name and PIN when scanning the QR code generated for the table number. Only one check can be created for the table. Disabled - Guests are not verified using an order name and PIN when scanning the QR code generated for the table number. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Code limit	Select the number of digits supported for the PIN. This value cannot be modified after saving the record. The following are the available options: 6 digits 4 digits Note - This drop-down list is enabled only when the Code Validation for Order Confirmation checkbox is enabled.
Character limit for order name	Select the number of characters supported for the order name. This value cannot be modified after saving the record. The following are the available options: 64 char 32 char 16 char Note - This drop-down list is enabled only when the Code Validation for Order Confirmation checkbox is enabled.
Create multi check against a table	Enabled - Multiple checks can be created for a table. Guests can either join an existing check or create a new check. Disabled - Multiple checks cannot be created for a table. Guests can join only the existing check. This checkbox is disabled by default. Note - This drop-down list is enabled only when the Code Validation for Order Confirmation checkbox is enabled.
ADA Compatibility
Highlight tab selection	Enabled - The OnDemand site supports keyboard navigation. Disabled - The OnDemand site does not support keyboard navigation. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Adjust color contrast	Enabled - The OnDemand site supports the adjust color contrast functionality. The Accessibility icon is displayed for guests to adjust color contrast. Disabled - The OnDemand site does not support the adjust color contrast functionality. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Cookies Consent Configuration
Enable Cookie Consent	Enabled - The Cookie Consent prompt is displayed for guests in the Home screen. Also, enabling this checkbox allows users to configure cookie consent prompt header and instruction texts. Disabled - The Cookie Consent prompt is not displayed for guests in the Home screen.
Necessary Cookies Configuration
Header Text	Enter the name of the necessary cookie. Default: Necessary Cookies
Header Text Color	Select the preferred color for the header text.
Instruction Text	Enter the instruction text for the necessary cookie. Default: These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually only set in response to actions made by you which amount to a request for services, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in or filling in forms. You can set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of the site will not then work. These cookies do not store any personally identifiable information
Instruction Text Color	Select the preferred color for the instruction text.
Reset Icon	Resets the text color to the default color.
Optional Cookies Configuration
Header Text	Enter the name of the optional cookie. Default: Optional Cookies
Header Text Color	Select the preferred color for the header text.
Instruction Text	Enter the instruction text for the optional cookie. Default: These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our site. They help us to know which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around the site. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. If you do not allow these cookies we will not know when you have visited our site, and will not be able to monitor its performance.
Instruction Text Color	Select the preferred color for the instruction text.
Table Number LookUp
Enable Table Number Lookup	Enable - When guests scan the QR code in the table, InfoGenesis POS performs a table number lookup to verify the existing full service orders in that table. Select this field to enable all other fields in this section. Disabled - When guests scan the QR code in the table, InfoGenesis POS does not perform a table number lookup. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Block Order GUID Flow	Enabled - IG OnDemand supports only table number lookup process. Disabled - IG OnDemand supports both table number lookup and regular full service process, where the host creates a check from InfoGenesis POS. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Error Message	Enter the message to be displayed to guests when errors occur. Default: Something went wrong please contact the staff for further assistance. Note: This field is enabled only when the Block Order GUID flow checkbox is selected.
Import	Select Import to import the Excel file to generate bulk QR codes.
Export	This is to generate bulk QR codes for multiple table numbers at a single time. When Export is selected, an Excel file can be saved to the local. Users must fill details, such as QR code ID, QR code name, and table number to import the file.
Generate QR	Generate a QR code for the appropriate table number.
Generate Bulk QR	Generate bulk QR codes for multiple table numbers at a single time.
Closed Store Menu Configuration
View Closed Store Menu	Enabled - Guests can view the menu when the site entity is closed. The View Menu button is displayed on the site entity card. Disabled - Guests cannot view the menu when the site entity is closed. The site entity card gets disabled. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Header Text	Enter the header text that must be displayed on the prompt that appears when guests select View Menu. Default - View Menu Note: This field is enabled only when the View Closed Store Menu is selected.
Instruction Text	Enter the instruction text that must be displayed on the prompt that appears when guests select View Menu. Default - Which menu would you like to view Note: This field is enabled only when the View Closed Store Menu is selected.
Room Lookup Configuration
Enable Room Lookup on URL Launch	Enabled - Guests can perform the room inquiry when launching the OnDemand site. After successful inquiry, based on the room number, guests can view or place orders from a specific profit center only. Disabled - Guests cannot perform the room inquiry when launching the OnDemand site. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Profile ID	Enter the POS terminal profile ID associated with the OHIP integration.
Tender Group ID	Enter the tender group ID to which the OHIP tender is mapped.
Toggles
Show address and phone number	Enabled - Displays the address and phone number of site entities in the Home screen. Disabled - The Home screen does not display the address and phone number of site entities. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Show operating hours	Enabled - The operating hours of the site entities are displayed. Disabled - The operating hours of the site entities are not displayed. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Skip entity in landing page	Enabled - OnDemand skips the location page and directly navigates guests to the Concept screen or the Menu screen. The following conditions are mandatory for this feature to work: A site must be configured with a single site entity. The site entity must have only ASAP kitchen operation. The concept must support only one logistics type. Disabled - OnDemand does not skip the location page and follows the normal flow. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Show delivery dropdown options	Enabled - The configured delivery locations are displayed for selection in the Home screen. Disabled - The configured delivery locations are not displayed for selection in the Home screen. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Enable streamlined menu page	Enabled - OnDemand displays the streamlined menu navigation for guests. Disabled - OnDemand displays the non-streamlined menu navigation for guests. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Show item filter	Enabled - Guests can filter items based on assigned tags. Disabled - Guests cannot filter items based on assigned tags. This checkbox is disabled by default. Note: This checkbox is enabled only when the Enable streamlined menu page checkbox is selected.
Hide entity when single fulfilment configured	Enabled - Users can hide site entities in the Home screen if all the site entities under a site are configured only with delivery fulfilment types. No site entities appear for selection. Disabled - Users cannot hide site entities in the Home screen and OnDemand displays the normal flow. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Enable 24 hour time format	Enabled - Users can configure a 24-hour time format for the site. Disabled - The 24-hour time format is not applicable for the site. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Enable multi language support	Enabled - OnDemand supports multiple languages. Guests can switch between the configured languages anytime. Disabled - OnDemand does not support multiple languages. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Hide Hamburger menu	Enabled - The Navigation Menu icon is not displayed in the OnDemand site. Disabled - The Navigation Menu icon is displayed in the OnDemand site. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Hide store availability text	Enabled - The store availability status is not displayed for the available site entities. Disabled - The store availability status is displayed for the available site entities. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Geo location	Enabled - OnDemand displays the nearest site entities available for guests by capturing their location. When this checkbox is selected, the latitude and longitude can be configured for a site entity. Disabled - OnDemand does not display the nearest site entities for guest. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Time extension for ASAP orders	Selected - The operating hours of the store/profit center are extended by a configurable time. The time can be configured in the Kitchen Operation menu. Disabled - The operating hours of the store/profit center cannot be extended. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Persist preference data	Enabled - A guest’s room number and last name persist on order completion. Disabled - A guest’s room number and last name do not persist on order completion. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Dynamic tab title	Enabled – The tab title for each screen changes based on the navigation. Disabled - The tab title does not change. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Skip fulfillment page when one is configured	Enabled - The fulfillment prompt will be skipped when only one fulfillment type is configured. Disabled - The fulfillment prompt will not be skipped even when only one fulfillment type is configured. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Enable abandoned order details	Enabled - Orders abandoned by the guest will be saved in the POS terminal. Disabled - Orders abandoned by the guest will be saved in the POS terminal. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Show loyalty balance	Enabled - When integrated with Agilysys Loyalty & Promotions, the guest’s loyalty points and vouchers are displayed in the navigation pane on successful inquiry. Disabled - When integrated with Agilysys Loyalty & Promotions, the guest’s loyalty points and vouchers are not displayed in the navigation pane. Rewards are displayed only in the Payment screen. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Hide home button navigation	Enabled - Guests cannot navigate back to the Home screen to access other site entities. Disabled - Guests can navigate back to the Home screen. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Hide Sign Up button after Checkout	Enabled - The Sign-Up option is hidden during checkout. Disabled - The Sign-Up option is displayed during checkout. This checkbox is disabled by default.
Card View of saved account details in all discount popups	Enabled - Saved account details are displayed in a card view in the Discount Lookup section. Disabled - IG OnDemand retains the existing default view for saved account details. This checkbox is disabled by default.
