XReference Number for Account Inquiry

IG OnDemand integration with Agilysys Membership has been enhanced to use the XReference number to perform the account inquiry when a member logs on to IG OnDemand through external login. The XReference number is a member identifier that is sent by the property as a part of the external login to IG OnDemand and it is used to retrieve the member account details. Previously, the UUID of the member was used to retrieve the member account details.

On successful login, OnDemand retrieves the member card number from Agilysys Membership and automatically tags it to the member loyalty payment method if the guest holds a membership account with the property.

If the login is successful and if the guest is not a member, a new profile is created for the guest in IGP, and a new guest record is created in the Agilysys Loyalty Suite admin portal (Profile Settings ➜ Profile).

Changes Made in IGCM

To support this, a new checkbox, Engage Member Lookup With Xref, has been added to the Login Authentication section in the Site Settings submenu (Kiosk/OnDemand Configuration ➜ Administration ➜ Site).

The External Login checkbox must be enabled to display this checkbox. Also, users can enable either the Engage Member Lookup With Xref checkbox or the Perform Engage Member Lookup if Available checkbox at a time.

• When enabled, the XReference number sent by the property as a part of the external login to IG OnDemand is used to retrieve the member account details for performing the account inquiry.

• When disabled, the XReference number is not used for member account inquiry. This checkbox is disabled.

Configurations in IGCM

Navigate to Kiosk/OnDemand Configuration ➜ Administration ➜ Site.

Choose the appropriate site for which the external login functionality is enabled and select Edit.

Navigate to the Login Authentication section in the Site Settings submenu.

Refer to the following table and fill in the fields:

Field	Description
Engage Member Lookup with Xref	Enable the checkbox to use the XReference number for member account inquiry.
Membership Provider UUID	Contact Agilysys to get this UUID.
Membership Provider Code	Enter Engage as the membership code.

Select Save.
