Monitoring Tool
A new monitoring tool has been introduced to help users to monitor and manage kiosks in real time. The tool acts a single interface with various functionalities to ensure smooth kiosk operation.
The following are the key functionality of the Monitoring Tool:

Kiosk Monitoring: View the live status of every kiosk in real time. Identify kiosks that are active, idle, offline, or need assistance through color-coded tiles and icons.

Kiosk Control: Turn on or off one or several kiosks directly from the tool. Manage availability during peak or low traffic hours with a single tap.

Fulfillment Management: Enable or disable Dine-In and Later Pick-Up options remotely. Quickly adjust service types based on store operations or staffing.

Order Tracking: Monitor all ongoing, completed, pending, and cancelled orders in one view. The pay at cashier orders is also monitored. Check order details such as amount, duration, payment type, and kiosk number.

Order Filtering and Search: Apply filters to easily locate specific orders by order number. Simplify tracking of large order volumes.

Guest Assistance Alerts: Receive instant notifications when a guest requests help from a kiosk. Quickly identify the kiosk and provide assistance.

Error Management: Get notified of issues such as printer errors, or kiosk malfunctions. Each error includes details and options to acknowledge or resolve the issue. Payment related errors will be displayed on the kiosk tiles.

Visual Indicators and Count: Understand performance trends through Transaction In The Last Hour and Transaction Since Start Of Day metrics. View total transactions of the day and activity in the last hour directly on the floor plan.

Access from POS Terminal: Access the Monitoring Tool directly from the POS terminal through the function button.

Real-Time Synchronization: All updates, status changes, alerts, and actions are instantly reflected across all connected tablets and terminals for consistent monitoring.
