Update Kitchen Order Status in IG OnDemand

The order status is sent to OnDemand from IG KDS for the following changes to the order in the Master Expo:

• The order moves from Open tab to Closed tab.

• Order recalled.

• Order reopened.

• The order moves from Queue tab to Open tab.

• The order moves from Schedule tab to Open tab.

• Order changes from Starting to Preparing

• Order bumped.

• Order delivered.

• Order received in the kitchen.

• Order confirmed by the kitchen.

• Order rejected by the kitchen.

• When non KVD items are confirmed

• Order is purged.

This feature is applicable to the whole order and not for specific items in the order. This enables IG OnDemand to suggest the following options for an order:

• Allow the order - Allows guests to place order even when the kitchen capacity is full.

• Suggest another time range but allow the original - Indicates the kitchen is busy and suggests other available time slots. Guests can either continue with the selected time slot or choose any other available time slot.

• Suggest another time range, and do not allow the original - Indicates the kitchen is busy and guests must select any one of the available time slots to proceed.

• Reject the order - Indicates the kitchen is busy and rejects the order. Guests must select the available time slot to proceed.
