Failed Order Notification

When an order fails to reach both the prep display kitchen station and its backup expo, the order is considered a failed order. The guest is notified that the order has failed. A failed order will not be sent to the master station display.

If a check is sent to a backup kitchen station display and that check is recalled and items are added to the check and saved again, that check is first sent to the prep expo and the 1^st pass items are saved in the backup expo.

If the backup station display is offline when the check is recalled, the status of the prep expo is checked. If the prep expo is online, then the order is sent to the prep station.

If a check in the prep display is recalled and items are added to the check and saved and if the prep display is offline again, the items are sent to the backup display. If the backup display is also offline, then the order fails.
