Save + Payment QR

The Save + Payment QR (#544) function is used to save a check and print receipt with QR code. The QR code contains the text provided in the CPFADDQRPAY.000 file.

Perform the following steps to save a check and print receipt with QR code:

Add the preferred items on a new check or recall an existing check.

Tap the Function screen button. The Function screen appears.

Tap the Save + Order QR (#543) function. The check is saved, and a receipt with the QR code is printed.

When the guest scans the QR code in their mobile phone QR code scanner, a URL is generated.

Terminal Options Supported

20 (Print CPFADD data when check is saved)	Select this option to print check data in the CPFADD.00x file when the check is saved via the Save Print function. The CPFADD file contains user-defined text commonly used to print room number, tip total and signature lines at the bottom of a check. The data prints after check printing format footers and before terminal footers. CPF files are stored in the POS_LOAD directory and must be included in loadlists to be loaded to the terminal.
