Fire by Course

Users can fire items by course number using the Fire by Course (#1921) function button. The function can be performed only on open checks.

• Terminal Option 156 (Use Real-Time Kitchen Video Interface) is not supported.

• If Terminal Option 1153 (Default to 'Hold Item') is enabled, all items in the check will be displayed as Hold in the check.

• The following function buttons are also supported:

  • Modify Course Number (#315)

  • Advance Course (#316)
