Redemption of Manual Comps for CMP (Envoy)

IG Fly has been enhanced to support manual comps for systems integrated with CMP through Envoy.

Manual comps are chits that must be manually redeemed at the terminal. To redeem manual comps, users must enter the coupon ID available on the chit to input the coupon ID when selecting the configured Casino tender. 

To support redemption of manual comps, a new card code, SG-CMP Manual Comp, has been introduced for Tender Verification Code 97 (Casino Voucher). This card code must be mapped with a new tender record for coupon. This feature is applicable only from SG CMP Adapter Version 2.14.4.20001.

IGCM: POS Configuration ➜ Financials ➜ Tender

The configured tender can be assigned to a tender group in the Tender Group menu (Kiosk/OnDemand Configuration ➜ Financials ➜ Tender Group). The tender and tender group must then be mapped to a terminal group in the Terminal Group menu (POS Configuration ➜ Terminals ➜ Terminal Group).

Users must not redeem manual coupons if there are no funds available in the guest's account.
