Go Offline

The Go Offline function allows the user to take the terminal offline. In the event of a network error, the terminal goes offline automatically. Sometimes it is necessary to take the terminal offline manually.

Navigate to Jump Bar ➜ Function Screen. The Function Screen appears.

Select the Go Offline function. The terminal goes offline, and the Terminal Status Indicator turns red to indicate the terminal is offline.

When the terminal is offline, none of the reports are generated.
The user cannot clock out or clock in when the terminal goes offline.
Most of the terminal functions cannot be performed when the terminal goes offline.
