Report Generation Overview

InfoGenesis POS offers comprehensive back-office reporting based on its transactional databases.

Back-office reports include all reports run from the back office. Reports are printed or viewed at any time during the day without disrupting POS operations.

POS reports provide detailed views of a profit center's daily activities— sales, labor, and item movement. Each report is user-definable with multiple selections for report date (e.g., business period, or system period vs. user period), profit center (single, group, individual, consolidated), and multiple filters.

Although the data listed on each report is unique, InfoGenesis POS field definitions are the same for all reports, except as noted. InfoGenesis POS reports are printed or viewed on-screen, published with Adobe Acrobat®, analyzed with Microsoft Excel®, or exported to other programs for access on any personal computer.
