Redemption of Manual Comps for CMP (Envoy)

InfoGenesis POS has been enhanced to support manual comps for systems integrated with CMP through Envoy.

Manual comps are chits that must be manually redeemed at the terminal. To redeem manual comps, users must either enter the coupon ID available on the chit or scan the chits to input the coupon ID when performing the Casino Coupon (#400) function.

To support redemption of manual comps using Casino Coupon (#400) function, a new card code, SG-CMP Manual Comp, has been introduced for Tender Verification Code 97 (Casino Voucher). This card code must be mapped with a new tender record for voucher. This feature is applicable only from SG CMP Adapter Version 2.14.4.20001.
