Default level is one (1). Select the minimum job code security level (0-9) needed to allow this void reason. Setting a security level greater than the signed-on server/cashier forces the terminal to prompt for a manager override when selecting the void reason.

To universally force a POS terminal prompt for manager, override during a void do not activate job code functions 5 - Void Check and 46 - Void Item. If terminal option 69, Require void reason for current pass is not activated, a void reason is required for current pass voids, and the void reason requires a manager override, if configured accordingly.

Select Void or Refund from the drop-down list.

• When disabled, items are not included with this void reason in Product Mix reports.
