Quantity Category

Quantity category enables users to alter the item consumed in modifiers. When a quantity-based modifier is appended to an item, the price and the quantity of the added item is tweaked to based on the modifier.

For example, if Pizza is added to the check and the guest wants to modify the portion size from Standard to Large, user must add required configuration in Quantity Category menu and map it to the modifier. The mapped modifier then must be added to the check to successfully alter the quantity and price accordingly.

Perform the following steps to configure Quantity Category:

Navigate to POS Configuration ➜ Business ➜ Quantity Category.

Select Add.
