Event Notification

Navigate to POS Configuration ➜ Administration ➜ Enterprise.

Choose the appropriate record and select Edit.

Navigate to the Event Notification submenu.

Refer to the following table and fill in the fields:

Field

Description

Enable Event Notification

  • Enabled - Event notification is supported.

  • Disabled - Event notification is not supported. This checkbox is disabled by default.

Order Event

  • Enabled - The order event details are sent to the external system when guests place orders or refund/void orders.

  • Disabled - The order event details are not sent to the external system when guests place orders or refund/void orders. This checkbox is disabled by default.

Note - This checkbox is enabled only when the Enable Event Notification flag is enabled.

IAS Adapter Configuration

Select the appropriate IAS adapter from the drop-down list for the order event.

Configuration Group

Select the appropriate IAS adapter configuration group from the drop-down list for the order event.

Kitchen Event

  • Enabled - The kitchen event details are sent to the external system when the order is bumped in the kitchen.

  • Disabled - The kitchen event details are not sent to the external system when the order is bumped in the kitchen. This checkbox is disabled by default.

Note - This checkbox is enabled only when the Enable Event Notification flag is enabled.

IAS Adapter Configuration

Select the appropriate IAS adapter from the drop-down list for the kitchen event.

Configuration Group

Select the appropriate IAS adapter configuration group from the drop-down list for the kitchen event.
