Classify and Store Transaction Data for Analytics

InfoGenesis POS has been enhanced to support granular transaction reporting and analytics by capturing and storing the following transaction classification attributes with check details in the InfoGenesis database:

  • Source

  • Mode

  • OS

These attributes are stored in a structured JSON format and made available for Agilysys Analyze reporting, enabling organizations to gain greater visibility into the following:

  • Transaction origin and ordering channels

  • Device type and usage patterns

  • Platform usage trends across business operations

  • Separate classification for open and closed checks for accurate analysis
