Additional Integrations Enabled Through IAS

InfoGenesis POS has been enhanced to expand support for integrations through Integration Application Services (IAS). While IAS already supports select integrations, additional integrations that were previously supported only through InfoGenesis Service Manager are now enabled to operate through IAS.
IAS is supported with 12.x server only and enables easier installation and configuration by eliminating the need for additional integration components.

This change does not impact integration functionality or behavior, but only the integration mechanism. Previously, InfoGenesis Service Manager, an MSI-based component, acted as an intermediary between external applications and InfoGenesis POS. With IAS, this intermediary layer is removed. With each release, more integrations are being transitioned from Service Manager to IAS.

The following integrations are now supported with IAS:

• Eatec

• IGT

• Light & Wonder Envoy CMP

• Light & Wonder Envoy ACSC
